Gary B. Howell-Walton

Gary Howell-Walton is the founder of the Boston-based law practice Barrington Legal Group, PLLC.  He advises individuals and businesses on a broad range of legal matters, with an emphasis on clarity, sound judgment, and practical outcomes.

At Barrington Legal Group, Gary focuses on delivering thoughtful, client-centered legal services tailored to each client’s unique objectives.  His practice focuses on advising individuals and small businesses on contracts, compliance, employment matters, dispute resolution, estate planning, and business formation.  Gary works collaboratively with clients to understand their goals and risk tolerance before recommending solutions. 

Prior to starting his own practice, Gary gained experience as a senior associate at an international law firm, where he advised clients on civil litigation, business, and risk-management matters.  His background includes contract drafting and negotiation, compliance counseling, litigation and dispute resolution, and business formation.

Gary earned his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law.  He is an active member of the Massachusetts bar and has served in professional and nonprofit leadership roles.  He lives and works in the Boston area and values long-term client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and professional judgment.
